Catherine Pugh is an independent workplace psychologist with a background in people development and HR spanning 20 years. She holds a BA in Psychology and an MSc in Business & Occupational Psychology. Having won an award in 2018 for her MSc research into virtual worker wellbeing, she is currently putting this insight to good use through supporting organisations across all sectors to embed healthy remote and hybrid working practices. She designs and delivers leadership/line manager development programmes and team-based interventions, often incorporating coaching, mentoring and psychometrics (Hogan/Strengthscope/MBTI) to build self-awareness and strengthen working relationships.
