Gamification has been around as a term for a long time in the world of learning & development.
Today, I’m talking to Ajay Pangarkar in Canada and author of “The Trainers Balanced Scorecard: A Complete Resource for Linking Learning and Growth to Organizational Strategy”
I tend to stick to training private sector businesses.
Have you bid on any public sector training contracts?
Congratulations! You’ve won the training contract. It’s a nice piece of work and it’s the kind of program that you can deliver.
How has your training delivery changed and how much of it is virtual these days?
Have you ever been in a situation where you are working with a training client and you ask yourself why it doesn’t feel right?
I was involved in delivering a substantial training program together with another training provider recently.
As the owner of a training, learning & development brand, your goal is to deliver programs that answer your customer’s talent development needs.
