The ‘What-If’ technique – High Performance Tools you can use.

One of the key tools is the “What If” technique, incorporating both divergent and convergent thinking.

This tool is particularly valuable when faced with decision points or crossroads.

By exploring various scenarios with “What If,” you can diverge in your thinking and consider different options and potential outcomes clearly.

Improvement comes from consistent practice. Focus on getting better and recognizing the value of real-world experience over mere theoretical preparation.

A clear personal philosophy, disciplined routines, and strategic decision-making tools will help you create a framework for achieving high performance while staying true to your values and long-term aspirations
.

Discipline is destiny.

What is a personal philosophy?

A personal philosophy is simply a combination of words that describe you at your best.

It is a set of fundamental beliefs, values, and principles that guide and shape your behavior, decisions, and overall outlook on life.

This could encompass various aspects, such as how you approach challenges, relationships, work, and personal growth. It might involve attitudes toward success, failure, perseverance, and the pursuit of happiness.

In business, your personal philosophy should be represented by creating a phrase that you can tie back to your philosophy.

I think about who am I at my best, I think about my legacy. How do I want to be remembered?

So my personal philosophy is ‘live your legacy’. And that way at any given moment, I can think, what’s the legacy I want to leave behind?

When you you have a personal philosophy you can check in on it to help yourself make difficult decisions. Or use it to maybe calm yourself down when you’re feeling overwhelmed.
