Don’t try and do everything. 🤹
James Schramko – How to make your work hour count, do less and make more.
How to make your work hour count?
“Even though you can’t create time, you can buy time, which is what your employer was doing with you when you were employed by them.
⌚️It sounds too simple but we already know to do this, some people will get someone to clean their pool or mow the lawn, or take the leaves out of their gutter.
So why don’t we apply this into the work thing?
If you’re an expert at something, you probably shouldn’t be tinkering with your website, doing your bookkeeping, formatting or editing content, or sending out emails to your database.
You should have someone else doing all of these things for you.“
4% of the things you do get you 64% of your results.

Improve your results!
“With the 64 formula, the important part to keep in mind is this.
Just by stopping doing some things, you can automatically improve your results. 🤯
You’re going to have one or two clients who are amazing.
There’ll be three or four people in the middle that are average.
Then there’ll be two or three difficult clients like late payers.
If you just stopped dealing with clients that are difficult to deal with, it just lifts the whole thing.
👇
You could redeploy that same energy that you put into difficult clients into a couple of dream clients.
And now everything moves up.📈”
How to get that dream client?
“It’s good to know who your dream client is so it’s worth doing an exercise, or writing down what makes a good client.
If you don’t know, a simple exercise that I teach people to do is to score your clients.
Draw some columns and put a number out of 10.
Ask yourself how easy is this person to work with. Are they good for my business? Am I actually getting great results or not? Etc.
Then take the top 20%.
They’re your perfect client types.
Then you go and deliberately target the places where you got that person from and think about who else they know that’s just like them.
Get your type, and look for those people.“
