TA is very powerful in getting people to converse in the here and now.

Value for relationship building with TA, how is it done? 🤔

Why you should consider the modality as an influence in your company is because what Transactional Analysis (TA) does is it gives people an opportunity to choose to respond rather than react.

It’s very much about people being in the here and now and being mindful. And it’s about making decisions that are qualified, that are relationship based and that are task based as well.

A lot of people think that when you speak about being in soft skills, for example, that you’re going to talk about all the fluffy stuff, and how we must be nice to each other. But TA mixes connection and it mixes task.

The connection is what builds relationship, task is what builds trust, those two together build results, and ultimately, that builds revenue.

What is Transactional Analysis?

Transactional Analysis is about self-awareness.

Ultimately, it’s about the fact that people can change.

Organizationally where Transactional Analysis it’s very effective is around creating change.

Transactional Analysis is very powerful in getting people to converse in the here and now, not using past scripts and trust issues.

Especially if somebody is in a space where they want things to be different from the way they are within the organization from a people perspective.

It allows people to talk about change in a way that’s considered the adult space, it’s accessing the rational, logical, and emotional intelligence space.

Ultimately, conversation creates change.

So, it’s about getting people to connect in a way that they are fully present in the here and now rather than coming with past scripts and expectations.
