What’s so special about the World Café Method?
“The World Café method is very powerful and it’s great fun for you.
It’s amazing how many people don’t talk to others outside of their own team or department.
With a World Café workshop, this is a chance for you to make this happen for your clients.
These types of workshops can create a cultural moment in organizations.
It is a way to transform to achieve connection, unlock creativity, and propel progress for your clients.
It’s about creating an environment where people feel that it’s okay to speak up to voice their thoughts, share their ideas, even if they might think they’re not helpful.“
When I have run workshops like this clients always have their minds blown.

How to get the collaboration flowing.
“This method emphasizes conversations that hold value.
Therefore, you have to focus on the right questions to ask people to engage them.
You want their solutions, so questions have to come first and then you can spark energy and engagement.
You need to encourage everyone’s contribution.
Everyone has a place. Everyone’s ideas are equal. Despite job titles, we want to create a space where people feel their thoughts are valued and heard.” ⬅️
How does it work?
A World Café workshop has everyone sitting down as equals and sharing ideas, it’s really important to set that tone.
Participants are encouraged to switch tables and to get up and move around.
At each table, there is one theme, question, or series of questions.
People have a limited amount of time at their table and they interact with different people’s ideas.
This encourages a movement of ideas around the room as people move from one table to the next.
This leads to innovative thinking and deepens shared understanding.”
